Bring in your beloved machine for maintenance or repair.

We are a BERNINA, Bernette, JANOME and PFAFF certified maintenance and repair shop and will accept domestic sewing, embroidery and serger machines (exceptions listed below).

SERVICES PROVIDED:
COA: We perform a Clean - Oil - Adjust where the covers are removed and the machine cleaned, oiled and any adjustments are made. Non-refundable deposit required at the time of drop off.

INSPECTION: One of our certified technicians will inspect your domestic sewing, embroidery or serger machine to see if a repair if feasible. After a 30-minute inspection the customer will be contacted with additional information. Non-refundable deposit required at the time of drop off.

30-Day Guarantee: We guarantee our repairs for 30 days after you pick up your machine. Please promptly check your machine when you get home.

Due to the fact that we are unable to get parts or service manuals from these manufacturers, we are unable to service machines made by:

Before you leave home, don't forget:

• Sewing Machine (I know, seems obvious)

• Bobbin

• Foot Pedal

• Power Cord

• Zigzag Presser Foot
  

  We need this so we can test various stitches

  to make sure all necessary adjustments have

  been made.

We don't need the following :

• Thread

• Cover

• Multiple feet

• Roller Bags

Once your machine is ready for pick up we will call, text and/or email you. If a machine remains unclaimed for more than 90 days, it will be considered abandoned. If you are unable to pick up your machine within 90 days, please call the store to make other arrangements. Thank you for understanding.
