I hope everyone has a good Memorial Day. Where did May go? One week in May I spent with some wonderful quilters at the Hearts Gathering Quilt Retreat in South Haven. We had such fun and everyone was so productive.

We had a little competion on "Favorite Snack"; Deb Allwine won with her Carmel Pecan Brownies - YUM! One lunch was a Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole and everyone wanted the recipe so I thought I'd share it here. Bon Appetit!
